If you prefer home made meat products, then the boiled pork in the multivarquet in foil can be your favorite. The advantage of cooking meat with the help of a kitchen gadget is its simplicity, as well as a guaranteed amazing result due to uniform and gentle heating.
Pork baked pork in foil in multivark
Cold boiled pork is most often cooked from pork and the main reason for this is simple - tender meat with veins of fat, which provide a piece of juiciness even after a long batch.
- pork - 1,2 kg;
- orange - 1 piece;
- lemon - 1 piece;
- garlic - 2 heads;
- rosemary - 4-5 branches;
- thyme - 5-6 branches;
- vegetable oil - 115 ml.
After wiping a piece with a large salt and pepper, sprinkle it with citrus juice. Make deep incisions in the pulp with a thin knife and fill each garlic tooth and fragrant leaves with thyme and rosemary. Sprinkle a piece of oil and wrap it with foil. Before wrapping, the cut of pork can be rewound with a thread so that it retains its shape. Leave the meat for at least an hour, and after a while put it into the multivariate bowl and set the "Baking" mode. The preparation will take about an hour and a half, after which the boiled pork should lie down in the switched off multivark for 15 minutes.
Beefsteak from beef in foil in multivark
Traditionally, boiled pork is prepared from pork, but modern recipe modifications allow using for this purpose a variety of types of meat, including chicken and beef. The latter we decided to use as the basis for the following recipe.
- beef - 2,8 kg;
- fennel seeds - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- garlic - 10 teeth;
- dry white wine - 310 ml;
- olive oil - 45 ml.
Using a stupa, rub the seeds of fennel with a pinch of salt into the dust. Make about a dozen deep incisions in the beef and place each on a crushed garlic tooth. Rub a piece of oil, season with salt and fennel and pour wine. Leave the meat in this simple marinade for at least a couple of hours. After the lapse of time, the boiled pork is wrapped in foil and cook for 2 hours on the "Bake", not forgetting to turn the piece in the middle of the preparation. The finished boiled pork in foil should lie in the multivark for about half an hour, reaching the ready.
Preparation of baked pork in foil in a multivark
Returning to the recipes from pork, we want to remind you that the delicious result provides the correct cut of meat. The basis of boiled pork should be a piece without veins, but with a fat, the ideal is a necklace or not too fat brisket.
- pork - 860 g;
- chicken fillet - 340 g;
- butter - 35 g;
- rosemary, thyme, sage (leaves) - 1 teaspoon;
- a handful of walnuts ;
- apple - 1 pc.
Before preparing the boiled pork in a multivark in foil, dilute in half a liter of water 4 tablespoons of salt. Leave both kinds of meat soaked overnight, then remove and dry. Cut and lightly beat the necks to turn it into an even layer. Chop the greens and combine with soft butter. Spread the oil over the pork, from above lay the crumbled nuts and thin slices of apples. Lay the fillet and wrap the pork around it. Fix the piece with a thread and wrap it in foil. Prepare the boiled pork on the "Bake" for 30 minutes on one side and as much on the other, and then leave "go" in the device is already turned off for another 20 minutes.
