In tomatoes we make a cross cut from above. For about a minute we dip it into boiling water, and then rinse with cold water. Now the skins of tomatoes can easily be removed. Next, peeled tomatoes are arbitrarily cut. Onions are cleaned and coarsely chopped. Chop basil and parsley. Put all the prepared ingredients in the blender, here we add garlic, salt, sugar and pepper. We transform all this into a homogeneous mass. Add the vegetable oil, put it on the fire and let it boil. We cook tomato sauce with garlic and basil for about 25 minutes, then we pour on jars and cork.

Vegetables are clean and optionally cut. In a deep saucepan, warm up the olive oil, stew the vegetables in it for about 5 minutes, add the tomatoes cut into slices. After boiling, cook for about an hour. Then we get the resulting mass, we again give a boil and cook for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Now add salt and mix. Sauce immediately poured into jars, in each we put on a leaf of basil and immediately cork. We hide the jars, let the sauce cool, and then we remove it for storage.
