Chicken salad with stem celery, green apple and cheese - recipe
Ingredients:
- stalks of celery - 2 pcs .;
- chicken meat (baked or boiled) - 250 g;
- hard-boiled eggs - 170 g;
- green apple of "Simirenko" - 150 g;
- feathers of green onions - 3-4 pieces;
- cheese hard - 45 g;
- lemon or lime juice - 40 ml;
- walnuts - to taste;
- mayonnaise or sour cream - to taste;
- salt large and freshly ground black pepper - to taste.
Preparation
Chicken meat for this salad can be simply boiled. But if you have left after dinner a baked or fried chicken, it can be safely used as the basis of the dish, from this it will only taste better. If necessary, separate the pulp from the bones and cut into small slices. Boiled hard-boiled eggs are released from the shell and shredded into cubes. Grind in the same manner a cleaned green apple and sprinkle it with lemon or lime juice. We cut stalks of celery and feathers of green onions and grind on medium grater hard cheese. We combine the prepared components of the salad in a wide bowl, season with mayonnaise or sour cream, we savor it with salt and pepper and after fifteen minutes, when the dish is infused, we spread it into a salad bowl, sprinkle with crushed nuts and serve it to the table.
Salad with chicken breast, apple, celery and pineapple
Ingredients:
- stalks of celery - 2 pcs .;
- chicken meat (breast) - 350 g;
- canned pineapple - 220 g;
- grapes - 170 g;
- apples sweet and sour - 220 g;
- walnut roasted nuts - 110 g to taste;
- lemon - 0,5 pieces;
- greenery;
- mayonnaise and sour cream in equal proportions;
- salt large and freshly ground black pepper.
Preparation
Chicken breast for salad preparation must be boiled in salted water with spices and let it cool in the broth. Cut the meat into small cubes and put into a bowl. There also we send grapes cut in half and rid of grape seeds, diced pineapples and peeled apples. Stems of celery are cleaned from fibrous surface threads, crushed after that and also added to the salad. We fill the salad with a mixture of sour cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice, while adding salt, pepper and crushed nuts to the dressing, stir gently, give a little insisting, and can serve by decorating the dish with nuts and greens.
