  3. Dark European type. Owners of this type are distinguished by light-brown and dark-brown hair, brown, green or dark-gray eyes, slightly dark skin. People with a dark European type of skin can boast a beautiful and even tan, but they are not insured against sunburn. It is recommended to use a sunblock in the sun with SPF 8-15.
  4. Mediterranean type. Characteristic features of this type are brown eyes, dark blond or chestnut hair, olive skin color. People with this type very well sunbathe and practically do not burn in the sun. Sunblock can be used with SPF 2-8.
  5. African and Asian type. Owners of these types are distinguished by dark skin and dark hair. They can stay in the sun for a long time and do not use any means, because their skin does not burn.

How to use sunblock?

It is recommended to apply sunscreen 20-30 minutes before going out under the open sun. After every hour and a half, the cream should be applied repeatedly.
