Pork minced, in equal proportion with beef, we connect in one capacious capacity. Like small cubes, grind large size onions, half of which is added to the minced meat. Next, lay out the right amount of cooked (semi-prepared) (chilled) rice. Salt and black pepper add individually to taste. Mix with clean hands the products joined together.

Cabbage leaves are immersed in salted, boiling water on the stove and keep literally 2-2.5 minutes. Then we move them to a colander and expect them to cool completely.

If the leaves are sealed, then cut them. In one of the leaves, we put the stuffing closer to the ground and wrap it. Also wrap all our cabbage rolls and put them in a brazier of heat-resistant glass.

We make the frying on oil from the second half of onion, finely grated carrots, which after pouring the morsel, combined with sour cream and stewing somewhere 5-6 minutes. Pour everything into the brazier and send the classic stuffed cabbage to the oven, already heated to 190 degrees temperature for 35 minutes.

In order for the taste of cabbage rolls to become more refined, we make a meat base of two types of minced meat. To them we lay out well-chilled round rice and not very finely chopped half of the bulb. Shredded cabbage must be handcuffed, and then also put in a container with already connected ingredients. Introduce here a couple of fresh eggs, sprinkle with mince salt and mix everything with your hands. Like small cutlets, we form cabbage rolls and very slightly fry them in warmed sunflower oil and put them in a brazier or pan.

Shredded vegetables of the second half of the bulb, pepper and carrots until tender, fry in oil. Then extinguish them 7-8 minutes with tomato juice, combined with spicy ketchup. After we move this delicious sauce to lazy cabbage rolls and cook them for another half an hour on the stove.
