Divide the chicken fillets into strata and beat each one in order to level the surface thickness. Whisk the egg, milk and flour until a homogeneous batter is formed. Season it with sea salt and add Italian herbs with citrus peel. Dip the fillets in the batter, allow the mixture to drain off the excess, and then roll the bird in breading. Rinse the bird in preheated oil for 2-3 minutes on each side.
