Mix the mashed potatoes with a starch solution or grated cheese (you can use the part so that the other part goes into the filling). Slightly season the mixture with spices.

Cabbage should be well chopped. Finely chopped onions and mushrooms passer in the pan in oil, add cabbage and pat for 20 minutes. In the filling we also add shredded herbs, season with garlic, you can add grated cheese and spices. Carefully stirring.

From the potato we form cakes, in each of which we wrap the filling, that is, we mold, thus, zrazy, trying to give them the shape of a small round patty. In principle, zrazy is already edible and in this form. Now we can roll zrazy in flour (corn or wheat, or a mixture thereof) or in breadcrumbs and fry in a pan until golden brown. Better yet, bake zrazy in the oven, putting it in a greased form and pouring sauce on the basis of fatty cream.
