We spread the heated frying pan lightly with oil, spread out an even layer of fruit mass and fill it with an even layer of dough. Fry the pancakes with applesauce over medium heat until golden, and then gently turn it over the other side and brown it. Finished pancakes sprinkled with fine sugar powder and served with flower honey or low-fat sour cream.
