Cutlets with gravy

To make the cutlets even juicier, cook them with gravy! They are obtained not only terrificly delicious, but also look decent on the table. The gravy will make the cutlets fragrant and appetizing. And as a side dish for them you can serve pasta or mashed potatoes.

Before you make cutlets with gravy, prepare the stuffing. To do this, garlic is cleaned and squeezed through the press. The bulb is processed and finely shredded. Slices of white bread poured warm milk and leave for 15 minutes, and then kinked through a meat grinder. Minced meat is transferred to a bowl, add salt to taste and add prepared vegetables and bread pulp. We mix everything well and form small balls from the mass, which are slightly flattened by hands. We put the workpieces into a frying pan and fry from both sides. Then gently we shift hot cutlets on a plate, and in a frying pan we pass finely chopped onions. As soon as it becomes translucent, throw a little flour, stir and brown for a few minutes. Next, pour tomato sauce and hot broth. Mix the contents, take 5 minutes, and then put the cutlets in the sauce, cover them with a lid and simmer for another 15 minutes. Ready-made food is adorned, if desired, with chopped greens of dill.

Chicken cutlets in the oven with gravy

With chicken breast cut the meat and grind it in the bowl of the blender until smooth. Onions are cleaned, cut into half rings and browned on vegetable oil. Bread is poured with boiling water and leave to soak for 15 minutes. In the blender we lay out the roast, soaked the loaf and beat everything to a homogeneous consistency. In the received weight we break eggs and season spices to taste. Add the softened butter and mix. From the cutlet minced meat we put on cakes and distribute them in even rows on an oiled baking tray and we send it to the oven for 15 minutes. While the cutlets are baked, mix the low-fat sour cream and warm broth with sauce and add salt to taste. After 15 minutes we take out the baking sheet from the oven and fill the cutlets with sour cream, then continue to cook the dish for another 20 minutes.

Potato cutlets with mushroom sauce

Potatoes are cleaned and boiled until soft in lightly salted water. In a separate bowl, soak the dried mushrooms, and then bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes. With the boiled potatoes drain the liquid, we cool it and knead it with a crush, adding eggs, throwing flour and salt.

Mushrooms chopped slices and browned together with onions in butter. In another small frying pan, we pass a few spoons of flour on vegetable fat, and then pour in the mushroom broth. Cook the sauce for 5 minutes, podsalivaya to taste, and then add the mushroom roasting and put sour cream.

From the mashed potatoes we form flat billets and fry them in vegetable oil. Next, shift them into a mushroom sauce and stew the patties in a frying pan for 10 minutes.
