Peel, slice and boil the potatoes. Heat the oven to 180 degrees, lay the halibut fillet (boneless) in a greased olive-oil form, salt, pepper and pour with milk so that half of the fish is covered. Bake fish for 20 minutes.

In the meantime, we cook mashed potatoes: grind potatoes with cream, butter, salt and pepper and mix with peas.

When the fish is ready, merge the secreted juice, divide the halibut into pieces with a fork and knife and evenly cover everything with mashed potatoes and grated cheese.

We bake the resulting cake at 220 degrees for the first 10 minutes, and then reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and continue cooking for another 10 minutes, so that the fish pie with halibut is covered with golden cheese crust.

Halibut heads, without gills, boil for 30-40 minutes, seasoned with salt and pepper. Meat is separated from bones, large chunks are crushed. In butter, we make roast from onions and mushrooms. For the dough mix kefir and melted margarine, add soda and flour, salt.

The finished dough is divided into 2 parts: one is bigger, the other is smaller. Most of the rolls and put on the margarine-smeared bottom of the mold - this is the basis of the pie, on which we lay our stuffing, the smaller piece is also rolled out and we cover the cake from above. The filling is laid in layers: first roast, and then - halibut. The top of the cake is smeared with egg and we send everything to bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
