How to cook mushroom noodles? Egg is broken into a bowl and mixed with cold boiled water. We sift the flour into a deep bowl, make a small groove on top and gradually pour in the egg water, mixing a rather steep and homogeneous dough. Then divide it into 2 equal parts and roll it into thin layers. Let the test slightly dry and cut into thin strips. Fresh champignons are cleaned, mine, crushed with plates, and fry until half cooked in vegetable oil. Pour the water into the pan, heat it to a boil, put mushrooms, season and cook for 10 minutes. Next, throw the noodles and cook, stirring occasionally, on low heat until ready. Pour soup into deep plates and sprinkle with chopped herbs. That's all, mushroom noodles from fresh mushrooms are ready!

To make mushroom noodles from frozen mushrooms, boil mushrooms in salted water, remove from broth, finely chop, and broth filter. Onions and carrots cut straws, fry until golden in butter, and after, add to the boiling broth. Noodles are boiled separately, washed in cold water and injected into soup. Add mushrooms, fresh herbs, spices, bring to a boil and cook the soup for a few minutes with the lid closed.
