Goose breast can be cut from a bone or not cut off. Prepare the sauce: in the melted butter, add the chopped garlic, lemon juice and pepper. We are waiting for 5 minutes and filter through a strainer. With the help of a brush, we cover the breast with abundant oil, pack it in a sleeve, make several punctures and bake it for 2 hours. If you want to crispy crust, in the last 20 minutes of cooking turn the bag and bake in the open. Ready cooked in the arm of the goose breast cut into slices (first along the halves, then across the fibers).
