Pie with cottage cheese and cherries

We cut cold oil and combine it with flour, mix it with a knife so that we get a fairly homogeneous mass, and the pieces were in the form of crumbs. Then add to them 80 g of sugar and cottage cheese and knead the dough. We wrap it in a film and send it to the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.

At this time, put the cherries in a saucepan, add to them the remains of sugar and put on a small fire, without water - during heating and so the liquid will separate out. Gelatin soak for 10-15 minutes in 50 ml of cold water.

After the cherry boils, add gelatin to it, mix well until it completely dissolves and set to cool to room temperature. Take the dough, roll it out and put it in a baking dish. Several times we pierce it with a fork and put it into the oven, heated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

On a ready basis we put cherries (without juice) and we put in a refrigerator. The juice that has been released is allowed to cool a little more, and when it starts to solidify, but it will still be liquid, pour it into the cherries and send it back to the refrigerator. We are waiting for the top layer to solidify and try.

Cottage cheese-cherry pie

Half a cup of sugar, margarine, 200 grams of flour, salt and baking powder rub into crumbs. ¾ mix the mixture into a mold and form the sides. Protein is separated from yolks and the latter is mixed with cottage cheese, 50 grams of flour, starch and vanillin. Proteins are whipped into a foam with the remains of sugar and carefully combined with the curd mass.

On the crumb in the form, put some of the curd mass, on top of the cherries, then again the curd mass and cherries, and sprinkle it all with the remains of crumbs. Heat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 40 minutes. Pie with cottage cheese and cherries ready! Let him cool down and call everyone for tea.
