How to cook a plum-mint sorbet?

We remove the plums from the bones. Cut into small pieces and put in a saucepan. Add sugar, lemon juice and crushed mint. Mix and boil all together for several minutes on a slow fire, until the softness of the berries. And when the mass cools down, first we grind it with a blender, and then we further wipe it through a sieve. We put it in a container and hide it for a couple of hours in the refrigerator. Periodically, the sorbet should be extracted and mixed so that ice crystals do not form.

Watermelon and peppermint sorbet

Watermelon flesh (pitted and peeled), lime juice, salt, sugar and rum are loaded into a blender and turned into a homogeneous mass. Then add finely chopped mint leaves (slightly more than a spoonful) and whisk together until the mint is practically visible. And if you are a happy owner of a domestic ice cream maker, then your troubles are over - the assistant will do everything herself. However, you can completely manage without it.

Pour watermelon-mint mass into hermetically sealed containers and hide in the refrigerator. And since it is very liquid, the hardening process will take about 6 hours. At the same time every half an hour you need to get the sorbet and mix it thoroughly. It's troublesome, but the result is worth it! If you want to serve a watermelon-mint sorbet in the form of beautiful balls, and not just ice chips, then it takes 15 minutes before you get the container from the freezer - the mass will become much softer.

Mint sorbet with kiwi fruit

Kiwi is peeled, cut and shipped to the blender bowl. There we put washed and dried mint. Whisk everything in puree, then add honey and lemon juice and whisk again. And then - according to the standard: we hide it in the freezer and look forward to it until it freezes. Do not forget to mix and take a sample from time to time.
