First, we prepare the syrup: for this we mix 200 g of sugar with 2 glasses of water, mix it, put it on the stove and cook for about 10 minutes after boiling. 2 oranges cut into circles (do not need to clean), dip into syrup and cook for another 15 minutes. Then we take them out and put them on a dish. Do not pour out the syrup, we still need it. We prepare the dough: we separate the yolks from the proteins, beat them with 100 g of sugar, add the softened margarine and sour cream. We peel the orange from the peel, if there are seeds, then we also remove them, pulp the flesh with a blender, and the resulting puree is poured into the dough. Also, we add sifted flour and baking powder to it, mix it. Whisk the whites with 100 grams of sugar and add to the dough. All carefully once again we mix. Form for baking grease with butter or margarine. At the bottom lay the cooked circles of orange and fill them with dough. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 45-50 minutes. Then we take out the shape, while the cake is still hot, pour it with syrup (you do not need to take out the cake from the mold until it is removed). When the syrup is completely absorbed, turn it over the dish, decorate it at will.

Chocolate-orange pie
