Boil the peeled potatoes, salt and mash in puree. Grind the onion, fry it until rouge, add the sliced ​​mushrooms, salt, pepper and cook for 3 minutes. The resulting mushroom roast is added in the mashed potatoes and mixed. Roll out the dough with a thin layer, cut out the circles (it's convenient to make it with a glass), put stuffing on each one and fasten the edges. Cook boiled dumplings with potatoes and mushrooms for about 5 minutes after surfacing to the surface.

Gently tidy the edges. Dumplings with cherries can be simply boiled in a pot of boiling water for 5 minutes after surfacing them to the surface, or even better to cook them for a couple. If there is no special steamer, it does not matter. It is enough to tie a pan of gauze, lay out on it our dumplings and cook over boiling water for about 15 minutes. Then we spread them on a dish and prisutshivaem sugar.

In the flour put the salt, pour in the oil and gradually pour in the water, kneading the dough to an elastic state. For the filling, pumpkin and onions are crushed with a meat grinder, add salt, spices and stir well. Thinly roll out the dough, cut out the circles with a glass, put about half a teaspoon of filling in the center and fasten the edges. Cook vareniki for a couple of 15 minutes. And for the filling, we chop the onions and carrots, fry them until red, add a thinly chopped cabbage and stew until ready. When the resulting filling is a little cool, put it in the middle of the pieces of dough and we make dumplings. Cooking them, like others can be done simply in a saucepan, but it is preferable, of course, to use a steamer.
