While the shank will cook, prepare the vegetables, clean them and cut them. After the beer boils, remove the foam, and make fire less. We lay vegetables, salt, spices. Under a closed lid on a small fire, we languish for about 2 hours. In this case, after an hour, the wheel should be turned over. Onions a little shred and fry, add cabbage, stir. When the cabbage is fried, pour in the broth, put the cumin, coriander. On low heat, simmer for about half an hour. For the sauce, mix mustard with honey, add 40 ml of beer broth. After 2 hours, remove the stick from the pan, let it cool and dry. After that, we distribute the sauce over the meat. We put on the baking sheet and cabbage, for half an hour we determine in the oven with a temperature of 160 degrees. During the preparation, the pilchar must be poured a few times with beer broth. To the shank in a beer with cabbage you can serve mashed potatoes.
