Pickled pink salmon - recipe

Pink salmon is one of the most common valuable commercial salmonids. Cooking this wonderful fish can be in various ways, but it is especially tasty pink salted and pickled. The way to prepare marinated pink salmon at home is simple. The fish is gutted, removes the gills and cleansed of scales, washed and placed in a container with a marinade for at least 1 day, or better for the 2 nd (the head is still better to remove).
