For the preparation of meatballs in tomato sauce in the oven for this recipe, we will use ready-made rice. Therefore, the first thing we will do is to rinse a good rice croup, fill it with enough water and put it in a stew. On readiness we will salt rice into a colander, we will wash it with water and leave it.

While the rice is boiled, rinsed chicken pulp and half a onion, grind in a blender or let it through a meat grinder, weap the mass with salt, ground black pepper and mix. Then add rice and mix again. Now several times we beat off the stuffing, picking it up and throwing it back into a bowl. This procedure will allow the ready-made meatballs to keep the shape well and not to disintegrate. Now, with moistened hands, roll down the round balls and drop them into the oil heated on the frying pan. We give the meatballs to brown on both sides, and put them in a roasting dish.

Simultaneously prepare the sauce for pouring. We pass the pre-cleaned and melenko chopped onion until translucency in a frying pan with vegetable oil. Then add the carrots, peeled and grated through a fine grater, after seven minutes we put a small-sized chopped Bulgarian pepper and fry together all for several more minutes. Now pour tomato juice and water, add salt, sugar, ground black pepper, spices of your choice, chopped garlic, fresh herbs, mix, warm the mass to a boil and fill it with our fried meatballs, packed in a mold. Cover the container with a lid or foil and place in a preheated oven to 210 degrees for about thirty to forty minutes.

The sauce for meatballs can also be made from tomato paste, replacing it with tomato juice and adding more water.

First of all, cook until ready to rinse rice cake. Do not forget, at the same time, salt the water. In the meantime, we clean and shred a little onions, add a half of minced meat, and the rest we pass on a heated frying pan with butter dissolved in it. We rub the carrots cleanly through a small grater and lay them onions, fry the vegetables together for several minutes, and then pour in a mixture of tomato paste, ketchup, sour cream and flour, diluted with water and flavored with salt and ground black pepper. Add also in the sauce peas sweet pepper, laurel leaves, let it under the lid for two minutes and remove from the fire.

While preparing the sauce for minced meat with onions, add one egg, salt, pepper, lay the boiled and cooled rice, stir all the good, beat off several times and with wet hands we form round meatballs. You can put them right away in a baking dish and pour the prepared sauce, but the dish will turn out tastier if the meatballs are fried in a frying pan with vegetable or butter on both sides before baking.

Determine the shape with meatballs in a preheated to 185 degrees oven and give thirty minutes for final cooking.
