Now add olive oil to the liquid base, pour in the flour, pre-sift it, and make a knead. The texture of the finished dough should not be sticky and soft. Now we put the flour into the bowl, cover it with a clean cloth cut and put it in a warm and quiet place for about forty minutes.

After a while, we extract the dough onto the surface dusted with flour and roll it to the desired size, dividing it into pieces if necessary. Of the specified number of components, one large pizza with the size of a large baking tray or a few small ones should be obtained. Now we transfer the rolled out layer with a rolling pin onto a dry baking tray and proceed to the design of the product. Components of the pizza toppings with sausage and cheese should preferably be prepared before the dough is suitable. Smoked sausage or ham sliced ​​thin slices or straws, washed and dried mushrooms shredded plates, and fresh tomatoes mugs. Initially, we pour dry active yeast into a warm water and leave it for a few minutes. During this time we sift the wheat flour and mix it with salt. Now to the water with yeast pour refined olive or sunflower oil, pour in the flour and salt and make a knead. The dough should not stick to your hands, but you do not need to add too much flour, otherwise the pizza base will turn out to be excessively dense and stiff. We give the test time to increase in volume at least twice. Depending on the temperature in the room, this may require from forty minutes to two hours.

Now divide the dough into two or three pieces and roll out, dusting the table and rolling pin with flour, to the desired thickness. We transfer the base for the pizza to the pan and proceed to the design of the product. Let's spread the dough with tomato sauce or ketchup, let's dry herbs or basil and spread out the sausage in advance, cut beforehand.
