Macaroni with ham

Prepare pasta (or as they say in Europe, pasta) with ham quickly and uncomplicated, this is a good option for lunch, dinner or a second dish for lunch. Of course, you should choose pasta only from durum wheat (labeled on the packaging as "group A") and properly cook them.

The ham is cut into short, not thick strips, and the peeled onion is quartered with rings. Washed and dried mushrooms are cut not particularly large, but not too finely.

Lightly fry the onion in a pan (until light golden color). Add the ham and no more than 5 minutes fry all together with the addition of spices, actively manipulating the scapula. By the end of the process, we add tomato sliced ​​in slices (or you can blanch them and chop them with a knife beforehand). We extinguish everything together under the lid for about 3-5 minutes. After a short heat treatment in tomatoes, the amount of useful lycopene increases.

Mushrooms fry in a separate frying pan until golden brown. Cooking for another 12-15 minutes, and evaporating the liquid, put it in a frying pan with ham and tomatoes. Stirring.

Boil the pasta al dente, that is, choosing the average time, in relation to the indicated on the package (no more than 7-8 minutes). Throw the pasta in a colander (do not rinse). We spread on the plates pasta, ham with mushrooms and tomatoes. We pour the sauce, which was formed during the stewing, and sprinkle with lemon juice. We make greenery. We serve with light light table wine.
