The additive to okroshka can be anything, from boiled beef and pork to the usual cooked sausage. In this recipe, we decided to stay on the second option.

Before you cook okroshka on kefir, put boil potato tubers and eggs. When the ingredients are ready, peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes, peel the cleaned eggs. On small cubes, divide and boiled sausage, and with it fresh cucumbers. Depending on how pronounced you would like to feel the taste of radish, grate it on the grater or cut it by hand larger. Combine all the prepared ingredients together, complete the mixture with fresh herbs, and then pour kefir and dilute with water. Delicious okroshka on kefir is ready, it remains only to season it and cool it. If you want to make the taste of the dish more acute, then serve soup with mustard and horseradish.
