From the received mass we form balls, we baste them in a flour and we fry in a heated frying pan, sometimes turning over. Then put the ready-made meatballs in a deep plate, and in the brazier, simmer the tomato paste on low heat. After 3 minutes, pour in the broth, mix thoroughly and boil until smooth. We lower the meatballs into the resulting gravy, add laurel leaves, spices, bring to a boil, reduce the heat and stew until cooked. - minced meat - 500 g;
- rice - 0,5 items;
- bulb - 2 pieces;

Preparation
