We divide the eggs into squirrels and yolks. Whisk the whites and gradually pour the powdered sugar. Then add the yolks and stir the mass to a lush and airy state. We sift the flour and carefully insert it into the beaten eggs. The baking tray is covered with baking paper, the oven is heated to a temperature of 180 degrees. We shift the mass into a confectioner's bag and squeeze out round cookies.

Bake for about 8 minutes until lightly golden, and then remove from the pan and leave to cool. After that, put on top of each biscuit marmalade and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
