Before preparing various dishes for a festive meal for any occasion, we often wonder what salads to cook?
One of the possible dishes is the "Grafsky" salad, it is quite an interesting spicy salad with an unusual taste, conditioned by the original combination of ingredients. It should be noted that there are different recipes for the salad with the name "Grafsky".
As the main ingredients in the preparation of "Grafsky" salad, eggs, beets, prunes, nuts, and potatoes are usually used. As a dressing - mayonnaise, or refueling based on sour cream, cream, yogurt. As a rule, this salad includes boiled meat, although there are also more or less vegetarian options.
"Grafsky" salad with chicken and pomegranate
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet boiled - about 400 g;
- onion - 1 pc .;
- boiled potatoes - 4 pcs .;
- eggs boiled chicken - 3-4 pcs .;
- boiled beet of medium size - 1 pc .;
- prunes - about 250 g;
- peeled peeled nuts (walnuts or hazelnuts) - 1 glass;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- mayonnaise or thick unsweetened yogurt;
- vinegar, natural balsamic;
- garnet and greens for decoration.
Preparation
Peeled onions cut into quarter rings and pickled in balsamic vinegar for at least 15 minutes (then washed). Prunes are steamed with boiling water, after 10 minutes we remove the stones, drain the water and cut it finely.
Mix the pickled onions with finely chopped boiled potatoes and lay out the first layer on the dish. On top of the promazyvaem mayonnaise (first we perform a grid, then - a shovel, also we overspread the remaining layers).
The second layer is laid boiled meat, cut into thin short strips. We cover with mayonnaise.
The third layer is laid on grated beets on a large grater, mixed with prunes, ground nuts, garlic and mayonnaise.
The fourth layer is finely chopped boiled eggs. We cover with mayonnaise. Garnish with grains (you can put them all-round) and twigs of greenery.
Layers can be swapped at random.
Following the same recipe (see above), you can prepare a salad "Grafsky" with boiled beef.
"Grafsky" salad is an alternative recipe
Ingredients:
- rice long-grain boiled crumbly - 1 glass;
- mussels - about 300 g;
- fresh cucumbers - about 200 g;
- Pickled mushrooms (white, oyster mushrooms or others) or pickled mushrooms - about 250 g;
- quail eggs hard boiled - 12-16 pcs .;
- olives without pits are dark and / or light - 16-20 pieces;
- hard cheese - about 250 g;
- mayonnaise or unsweetened yogurt;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- greens (basil, coriander, parsley, rosemary).
Preparation
Cook mussels (3 minutes in boiling water to open) and separate the edible part. Cucumbers and mushrooms are cut not too finely, and the cheese is slightly smaller or three on a large grater. Quail eggs - in half or whole, olives - in circles or in half along. All the ingredients are mixed with rice and season with mayonnaise or yoghurt, previously flavored with chopped garlic. We make greenery. If you want, you can lay out layers.
To salad "Grafsky" it is good to serve white or pink wines or fruit brandy (in a version with beef - it is possible red wines).
