How to cook classic okroshka with sausage on kefir - recipe
Ingredients:
- kefir - 1 l;
- potato - 0.4 kg;
- cucumber - 0.3 kg;
- sausage "Doctor" - 0.3 kg;
- radish - 0,2 kg;
- water - 1 l;
- eggs - 4 pieces;
- onion green - ½ beam;
- dill - 1 bunch;
- citric acid;
- mustard ;
- pepper;
- salt.
Preparation
It is advisable to use ordinary purified drinking water, whether it is fizzy or not, it should be neutral without any specific flavors, not mineral.
So, beforehand boil the potatoes, be sure in the skin and of course the eggs, after which both you will need to cool, at least in order to simplify their cutting. Radish and cucumbers you can cut into half rings or other slices, and the rest of the ingredients, of course except for greenery, cut into small cubes.
In okroshka, as in many other dishes, where there are many ingredients, the main thing is a combination of tastes, so all the cut ingredients, at least one piece should fit in a spoon. All the sliced pour kefir and afterwards add water, bringing the soup to the desired consistency. Then salt, gently apply a little bit of citric acid, mustard and pepper, and after having achieved the desired taste, it's time to pour chopped greens.
