There is a very simple recipe for making soup from frozen spinach. You only need about 20 minutes to prepare it. So, take frozen spinach, break it into pieces and put it in a saucepan. Fill with boiling water, so that it slightly covers the pieces, and bring to a boil. Brew spinach for a long time is not necessary, it will be enough for about five minutes. Remove from the fire and turn the blender into mashed potatoes. Add the cream with spices and back to the fire for a couple of minutes. If desired, add grated cheese or toast before serving.

Spinach soup for children

For baby food, spinach is an ideal product. After all, it contains all useful substances for a small organism. Many children without any pleasure and appetite eat vegetable soups, and even more so from spinach. But there is one simple recipe that your children will like, and they will not leave you indifferent. So, we need a little less than an hour to make spinach soup for children. If you are preparing a soup of fresh spinach, then it must be previously extinguished for about 5 minutes in a pan, and only then add to the broth. When using frozen spinach, this procedure should not be carried out. We add potatoes cut into cubes, and cook until potatoes are ready. Then we remove from the fire. If you add a few drops of lemon juice to the soup, then the taste of soup will be like that of oxalic. And for the smallest ones, you can grind the soup in a blender.

There is also one simple recipe for spinach soup in Hungarian. So, boil the spinach, chop it in a blender and save the water in which it was cooked. Finely chop the onion on butter until soft, at the end add a couple of spoons of flour. In a saucepan, combine spinach water, fried onions and chopped spinach, add the spices and cook until the soup thickens. At the end, pour the cream and, stirring, bring to a boil, just do not have to boil it again. In a bowl of soup, add half of the boiled eggs and fried bits of bacon.
