In a deep bowl we sift the flour and mix it with salt and sugar. If you want to make chocolate klafuti with peaches, at this stage you can add a tablespoon of natural cocoa powder to the dry ingredients. Separately, whisk eggs with cream, milk and vanilla. In the center of the dry mixture, make a "well" and merge into it the egg-milk mixture. We mix a thick homogeneous dough and leave it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
