Let's start with making a biscuit: firstly beat the eggs well, so that the mass increases by a factor of 2, then add sugar a little, continuing to beat until a lush white mass forms. Gradually pour in the flour and baking powder and knead the dough. The bottom of the baking dish is covered with baking paper, we lubricate it with oil, pour the dough and bake for about half an hour in a well-heated oven. Ready to bake the cake and leave the watch for 12 - we need it to dry. After this, cut it into random pieces and use a blender to turn it into a crumb. For cream, mix the softened butter with sugar powder, add the condensed milk and again mix well or even whisk. Pour the biscuit crumb into the cream and mix again. We form cakes of the desired shape. We sift the powdered sugar with cocoa and roll the cakes in this mixture. If desired, you can decorate them with peanuts.
