Let's start with the pancakes: in the bowl we beat the egg, add milk and water to it, and then - sifted flour. Stir the dough until it becomes homogeneous. Solim and pepper to taste. Fry pancakes on a buttered frying pan.

If you have not asked yourself to bake pancakes, or if you are short of time, use lavash instead. A cake made from pita bread will turn out to be no less delicate and tasty.

For the filling in a frying pan, melt a tablespoon of butter and fry on it chopped onions. As soon as the onion blushes - put the mushrooms on the pan and add the remaining oil. Solim and pepper mushrooms, add flour and milk to them. Prepare the filling until the liquid is evaporated by half. After that, we put grated cheese in a frying pan and immediately remove it from the fire.

On the baking tray alternately put mushrooms and stuffing, sprinkling each layer with a small amount of onions. The last pancake is sprinkled with "Parmesan" and we put the cake under the grill, so that the cheese grabs a rustic crust.

Snack cake "Napoleon" with fish canned food

Carrots and onions rubbed on a large grater and wessed until soft on vegetable oil. At the end of the cooking, we add garlic. We knead the fish with a fork. Eggs boil hard boiled and crushed.

We pass to the collection of the cake: the first cake is greased with mayonnaise and covered with half canned food, next we spread carrots with onion and garlic, then a layer of eggs and mayonnaise and, to top it off, the remaining half of the fish. Cover the last layer with corn and cover the cake with melted cheese . One of the cakes is crumbled and sprinkled with the whole cake. Before serving, put "Napoleon" in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours.

Snack cake made of waffle cakes

Eggs boil hard boiled and finely chopped. Frozen crab sticks rub on a large grater. We also rub cucumbers. Grate the cheese mixed with the garlic passed through the press (half of the total).

Now proceed to assembly of the cake: the first waffle cake is greased with mayonnaise and covered with pickled cucumbers, the second cake is also lubricated with mayonnaise and we lay eggs on it. Next comes the third cake and grated cheese, followed by a cake with crab sticks and mayonnaise and, on top, a greased cake with greens as a decoration.

Cream cheese is rubbed on a grater, mixed with mayonnaise, salt, pepper and garlic. We form balls from the mass and roll them in grated crab sticks. Spread the balls over the cake, and the food itself is left soaked in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
