When vegetables are cooked (wait another 10 minutes), pour vermicelli and herbs. Minutes after 2 turn off the fire and let the soup brew. A chicken soup with sour cream is good.

Mushroom soup

In the broth we put grated carrots, sliced ​​potatoes and cook for about 8-10 minutes, after that add the washed rice, washed peas. Another minute after 7 add the mushrooms, garlic, crushed in a mortar with salt and pepper, chopped parsley. Minutes after 4 turn off the fire, and after half an hour we serve a soup with croutons or pampushkas.
