Champignons we will wash and we will throw away in a colander. When the water drains, we clean the mushrooms and cut them not too finely. Champignons with cream can be served with boiled friable rice , buckwheat, pearl barley or potatoes, stewed cabbage , white beans or pasta (in the sense, pasta). Boiled chicken with champignons and cream is also good. Simply add the chicken cut into small cubes. You can simply put on one plate with a thigh, shin or wings.
