Corn and bean salad

Salad with chicken, beans and corn

Mango and Bulgarian pepper cut into small cubes, chop the onions. Chicken fillet is sorted into fibers and mixed with chopped vegetables. Add the legumes and chopped parsley into the salad. We fill the salad with oil and lime juice.

Salad with beans, croutons and corn

Bulgarian pepper and avocado cut into cubes. Cut the onion into thin rings. Mix all the vegetables together with the greens. We prepare a dressing from the juice of lime, oil, salt and sugar, pour it salad. Before serving, sprinkle the dish with rusks.

Salad with red beans, corn and rusks is served at room temperature, immediately after cooking. A light salad with corn and beans can be served along with the main course, or separately, with garlic toast. Also, such a snack will be a wonderful addition to such a dish.

Eggs boil hard boiled and crushed. Bulgarian peppers and crab sticks cut into cubes. Mix the prepared ingredients with canned beans and corn, then dress salad with mayonnaise and sprinkle with herbs. Before serving, let the salad cool in the refrigerator.

Salad with croutons, beans, sausage, corn and peas

Sausage is cut into strips and mixed with canned legumes. In the mixture add diced cucumber and grated cheese on a fine grater. All carefully mix and season salad with a mixture of mayonnaise with crushed garlic. Before serving, let the salad cool in the refrigerator. Also, it is not superfluous to sprinkle a salad with croutons, or salted peanuts, to diversify the texture.

Salad with canned beans and with corn

Ingredients:

Preparation

Boil kinoa in water, until it is completely absorbed, about 20 minutes. Mix kinoa, beans, corn, greens and chopped Bulgarian pepper. In a separate bowl, beat the butter with lime juice and spicy sauce (for example "Tabasco"). We add salt and pepper to the dressing. Pour the salad with a prepared dressing and mix thoroughly. We serve the dish immediately after preparation.
