Salads with mushrooms are always center snacks among all the variety. Following this trend, we decided to collect several recipes with the most common mushrooms - champignons - and tomatoes. It turns out simply and very tasty!
Salad with tomatoes, chicken and champignons
Ingredients:
For salad:
- chicken fillet - 2 pieces;
- salt and pepper;
- olive oil;
- greens - to taste;
- champignons - 10-12 pieces;
- Swiss cheese - 4 slices;
- cherry tomatoes - 7-10 pcs.
For refueling:
- mayonnaise - half a century;
- sour cream - 1/2 table;
- white vinegar - 1 teaspoon;
- dried garlic - pinch;
- salt pepper;
- Dried tarragon - 1/4 tsp.
- milk - 1-2 tbsp. spoons.
Preparation
Chicken fillet washed and dried using paper towels. We beat off the fillet to a thickness of 2.5-3 cm. Solim and peppers are ready chops.
Fry the frying pan with olive oil and fry the fillets on it for 5 minutes on each side. Pre-peeled and chopped mushrooms pour oil and also fry about 3 minutes, until golden brown. Cherry tomatoes are laid out on a baking sheet, poured with oil, seasoned, and then bake in the oven until soft.
Fried chicken fillet cut into strips and put in a salad bowl along with mushrooms. We put whole baked tomatoes and thin slices of cheese on top.
In a gravy boat, mix all the ingredients for refueling. If the sauce is too thick - dilute it with milk to the desired consistency.
Pour the salad with chicken, champignons , tomatoes and cheese cream sauce before serving, or serve it separately.
Mushroom salad with cucumbers and tomatoes
Ingredients:
- cucumber - 1 piece;
- champignons - 7-9 pieces;
- cherry tomatoes - 5-6 pieces;
- capers - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- mustard - 1 teaspoon;
- salt pepper;
- spinach leaves - 1 item;
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- olive oil - 2 tbsp. spoons.

In a frying pan, warm up the olive oil and fry the mushrooms until golden brown. If the mushrooms are small - they should not be cut. Do not forget to salt and pepper mushrooms during cooking. We send tomatoes 2 minutes before the pan is ready.
Put fresh spinach leaves on a plate, put fried mushrooms on top with tomatoes, ringlets of fresh cucumber and, finally, pour all the dressing.
