Oven pre-ignite, heat up to 180 degrees. On the work surface, sprinkled with flour, roll a thin layer of chilled dough and shift it into a form with high bumps. After that, cover it with paper for baking, pour dry peas on top and bake cakes for 10-15 minutes.

Next, carefully take out the form with the dough from the oven, remove the paper and send back another 10 minutes. Broccoli is sorted into inflorescences and blanched for about 3 minutes in salted boiling water. Then we throw it in a colander and leave it to drain. Fillet of salmon cut into large cubes. Eggs whisk thoroughly with a whisk with sour cream, add lemon zest and lemon juice, chopped dill, podsalivaem and pepper to taste. On the prepared basis for the pie we spread the prepared broccoli and fish, fill the filling with egg-sour mixture and bake 40-45 minutes.

Spinach saute on cream butter for about 5 minutes. Let the salmon be cooked separately and then cut into fibers. Eggs beat up the mixer, add vegetable oil and pour in the milk. Flour sift and mix with a baking powder. Then gradually pour into fried spinach, add salmon, grated cheese and pour in beaten eggs. We bake a cake with cheese and salmon at a temperature of 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
