Potatoes are washed, cut in half, cut out a little bit of the middle and boil on small fire for about 7 minutes. In a frying pan, warm the butter, spread the chopped onions and fry until transparent, then add the mushrooms, mix and pass until soft. Cream poured into a bowl, pour in flour, stir and send the sauce into the pan. Cook it until thick, stirring and seasoning with spices. We fill the halves of potatoes with the prepared stuffing and lay them on a baking tray. Bake the dish for 30 minutes at 200 degrees. At the very end, we sprinkle a snack of mushrooms and vegetables with cheese and let it melt, then serve it on the table.

Snack of pita bread with mushrooms

Mushrooms are processed, cut into small pieces and we pass together with chopped onions in vegetable oil for about 10 minutes. Simultaneously with it, we boil separately eggs, we separate yolks from fibers and we cut them. When all the ingredients are prepared, we begin to collect the roll: roll out lavash on the table, cover it with mayonnaise and spread out a uniform layer of greens and eggs. After that, cover everything with a second lavash, greased with mayonnaise, and top it with fried mushrooms and onion and sprinkle with grated cheese. Then carefully and tightly twist the lavash into a roll, wrap it in a plastic bag and remove the refrigerator for impregnation for a few hours.
