Ketchup needs dense and ripe tomatoes. Apples are suitable varieties "Antonovka" or other sour. Mine tomatoes and apples, cut them into slices and cook on low heat until soft for about 1.5 hours. Then cool the mass and grind it in a mash. Again, put the mass in a saucepan, salt, put the crushed garlic, saharim and lay spices. To a boil, bring to a low heat and cook for about half an hour with a small boil. The mass should be stirred periodically. In the end, pour in the vinegar. Ready ketchup for the winter of tomato and apples is distributed over prepared jars and covered with metal lids.

Vegetables are good for me. Tomatoes we cut slices. Pepper is cleaned and arbitrarily cut. Purified onions are also cut into several pieces. All the vegetables are ground in a blender or in a meat grinder. We put the mass on the fire and, warming up on low heat, we let it boil. Cook on the same low heat for about 2 hours. Then add all the other ingredients, bring to a boil and cook until thick. We fill the jars with ketchup and roll them.

Plums and vegetables are mine. Remove the seeds from the plums, peel the peppers from the seeds. We cut and cook until the softness of the vegetables for about 40 minutes. Then we turn the mass into puree, crushing it with a blender or wiping it through a sieve, and then put it again on a plate, salt, add crushed garlic, sugar and boil for another 15 minutes. Finally we pour vinegar and pour home ketchup for the winter on cans.
