Boil the potatoes "in a uniform", cool, clean and squeeze it on a large grater, and soak cucumbers. Eggs boil hard, cool in cold water, clean and carefully separate yolks from proteins.

Protein separately, we rub it on a large grater, and the yolk - on a fine grater. Liver the cod with a fork. Let's mix the cod liver with the chopped green onions.

We spread the salad on the serving dish with layers. First - grated potatoes. Cut off the tip of the packet with mayonnaise and make a "grid", on top - grated cucumber. The next layer is the cod liver with green onions. From above - again a thin "grid" of mayonnaise. Next - grated protein, and again mayonnaise, this time-is painful. Gently spread the mayonnaise on the surface of the layer with a spoon or spatula. Sprinkle with grated yolk. From above lay olives, cut in half along the barrels upwards - this is like a capsule of sunflower with seeds.

Usually "petals of sunflower" are made from chips by laying out around the circle dishes around the salad. We remember that chips are not useful and potatoes in the salad are already present. But there is a way out: we will replace the chips with slices of sausage cheese. Although sausage cheese can not be considered a particularly useful product, but it clearly wins compared to chips.
