Ingredients:
- long grain rice, steamed - 100 g;
- bulb white - 1 pc. large;
- a small piece of fork of white cabbage - about 100 g;
- eggplant medium-sized (better white) - 1 piece;
- salt sea or mountain - 1 teaspoon;
- ground sweet pepper - 1 pinch;
- unrefined cold pressed sunflower oil - 4 tbsp. spoons;
- carrots - 1 piece;
- tomatoes - 2-3 pcs .;
- greens - 1 small bundle;
- leaves of young cabbage - 6-8 pcs.
Preparation
Soak rice in warm water for 3-4 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Onions, aubergines and tomatoes are cut into small cubes. Eggplant pour salted water for a quarter of an hour, then rinse. Carrots three on a grater. Stew the vegetables for about a quarter of an hour. Cut cabbage very finely and collect the filling: mix rice with vegetables, salt, add herbs and pepper. We prepare the leaves in advance - we will well wash and scald with boiling water. In the leaves we wrap the filling and put the stuffed cabbage into a kazanok or a saucepan with thick walls. Gulf with boiling water, cook under the lid until the rice is ready (about half an hour).

Finely chop the onion, mushrooms and zucchini and stew until almost no liquid, add the mashed tomatoes, pepper, of course, salt and stew for a few more minutes. Mix our rice with the rice and greens and wrap it in leaves . We cook cabbage rolls for about half an hour.
Dolma with grape leaves
