A very delicious hot pot can be prepared in a multivark without soaking. To do this, fry in a multi-cooked saucepan on a sunflower oil-free onion bulb, cut it into small cubes and set the device to the "Frying" or "Baking" mode. After this, add the peas washed under running water to the ruddy onion, pour in the purified water, throw butter and a pinch of soda. It is the latter that will accelerate the digestion of peas and greatly reduce the time of preparation of pea porridge.

Switch the appliance to the "Beans" mode and cook the pots within one hour. After the signal, open the lid of the device, add salt to the porridge and give it another ten minutes to brew in the "Heating" mode.

How to cook a delicious hot potato with tomato?
