  4. After a couple of hours of pickling at room conditions we spread the bird in an oiled baking container, cover it with a foil sheet and send it to the oven heated up to 195 degrees for half an hour.
  5. After a while, remove the foil and brown the chicken for another fifteen minutes.

Chicken marinated in soy sauce and mayonnaise

  1. No less delicious is the chicken, marinated in a mixture of soy sauce and mayonnaise. You can cook it both in the oven and just put it out in a frying pan.
  2. Initially, the legs or my thighs, we dry and season in a bowl with mayonnaise and soy sauce. We also add a pinch of salt, pepper, ground coriander and curry and mix thoroughly.
  3. After a couple of hours, we put the chicken into a greased bowl for baking and cook at a temperature of 195 degrees for forty-five minutes.
  4. If there is a desire to put out the chicken in a frying pan, put it in warm olive oil or sunflower oil, fry it a bit, then cover it with a lid and let it down until soft and ready.
