The washed and dried fillets of turkey and onion are ground in a meat grinder. Add boiled rice, salt to taste and mix well. We form small meatballs. Then you can do things differently: you can roll them in flour, or you can not crash. We place them on a heated frying pan, lightly fry from one and the other side. In 200 ml of boiling water dissolve the tomato paste, a little podsalivayem and pour the meatballs. Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes. Then in 100 ml of warm water we dissolve the sour cream, put the flour and mix thoroughly. Send this mixture to the pan and simmer the meatballs from the minced turkey with gravy for another 15 minutes.
