Preparation
For minced fillets of my turkey, we dry it. We clear the onions. We pass through the meat grinder meat with onion together. Add boiled rice, salt, pepper and stir well. We form small balls, fry them in oil until red. Then they are placed in a deep, suitable for baking dishes. For sauce, fry diced champignons, add butter, chopped onions. Then salt, pepper and fry until light rudeness. Now pour in flour, quickly stir, pour in warm milk. Add the nutmeg, stir and boil until thick, constantly stirring. Prepared mushroom gravy fill in the meatballs, cover them and send them to the oven. At 180 degrees, croquettes with gravy will be ready in half an hour.
Turkey meatballs with sour cream sauce
Ingredients:
For meatballs:
- turkey fillet - 500 g;
- onion - 100 g;
- cooked rice until half cooked - ½ cup;
- salt;
- pepper.
For gravy:
- sour cream - 80 g;
- flour - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- boiling water - 300 ml;
