The oil is mixed with water and put on a weak fire to boil. Then we remove the mass from the fire and immediately brew the flour in it. Stir well, cover the dough with a napkin and leave to cool.

And we will take care of this while preparing the filling. To do this, either take the ready-made ground meat and fry it together with onions and garlic in a frying pan, or cut the meat into small flat thin pieces. Then we heat a little vegetable oil in the cauldron, add crushed garlic, chopped onions, and fry literally a minute. After that, we put grated carrots in a pot and fry for another minute, and then we spread the meat. Fry everything to the full readiness, and at the very end we throw crushed fresh greens and salt with black pepper to taste. Further the filling is cooled, twisted through a meat grinder, or crushed with a food processor. Add the chicken egg and a little sour cream to the ready-made stuffing.

Stir thoroughly and return to our test. We divide it into approximately 20 identical parts. Then each part is very thinly rolled out, greased with melted cream butter. Next, gently wrap the two edges of the pancake inward and lay out on the edge of the filling. Tightly roll the dough into a tube and lay it on the baking sheet with a seam down. When all the "cigarettes" are made, grease them with egg yolk, if desired, sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds. We send the pan to a preheated oven to 200 degrees and bake our "Meat Cigarettes" for 15-20 minutes.

We mix it well and let it cool down. Then divide the dough into 20 identical parts and roll each with a thin pancake, giving the shape of a circle. For the preparation of the filling, we clean onion, chop a little and pass lightly on vegetable oil. Then we spread here the chopped boiled chicken meat, salt, pepper and carefully mix everything. Finished chicken "cigarettes" spread on the baking sheet with a seam down, grease with whipped yolk and sprinkle with poppy seeds or sesame. Bake the dish in the oven for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
