Chocolate cake with custard

Eggs beat into a lush foam with sugar. Then pour oil and milk, stir with a spoon. Then we pour gradually flour, mixed with cocoa and baking powder. We knead the homogeneous dough, pour it into the greased cup of the multivark and set the "Baking" mode on the appliance. We cook the chocolate biscuit for 80 minutes, and after the sound signal, carefully take it out of the bowl and leave it to cool.

Next, go to the custard: beat the eggs with flour and pour a glass of cold milk. In a separate saucepan, boil the remaining milk with granulated sugar and pour it in a thin trickle into the egg mixture constantly, stirring. Bring the cream on a small fire until thick, a little cold, put a soft creamy oil, vanillin and whisk thoroughly with a mixer. Biscuit cut in half and grease the cakes with custard. We decorate the top of the goodies with a crumb of biscuits and remove the ready delicious cake with the custard in the fridge for several hours.

Half of the milk is beaten well with sugar and eggs, and the second is poured into a bucket and placed on the fire. When the milk boils, carefully put it into the egg mixture and cook until thick, stirring. Then cool the cream to a warm state, put soft butter, whisk and clean in the refrigerator.

For the test, take the cream butter, melt it, add sugar, honey, soda and chicken eggs. All carefully mix, bring to a boil and cook on low heat for 2 minutes. Then pour in the flour, knead and divide the dough into 8 parts. Thinly roll out each and bake in a preheated oven before blanching, about 3-4 minutes.

While the cake is warm gently cut the edges of the plate to get a smooth circle. Cut the scraps in a blender or roll them out with a rolling pin.
