Of course, not everywhere you will be offered a really tasty and properly prepared dessert, but the taste of tiramisu is difficult to confuse with anything else. You can prepare this cake at home. Of course, you can hardly repeat this Italian tiramisu, but it will be possible to please the family with a delicious dessert.
Homemade Tiramisu Recipe
Each housewife will always add something of her own to any recipe, even the chefs in restaurants always prepare a little with imagination and there are no identical dishes. And in such a creative work as preparing a dessert, there will always be a place for experimentation. Variations on the topic "tiramisu at home" a great variety, but the invariable ingredient, which is the basis for this dessert remains special cheese for tiramisu - mascarpone. By taste and appearance it is very similar to our thick sour cream or slightly pressed cottage cheese. You can certainly replace mascarpone with cottage cheese, but then the taste will not be exactly the same as that of real teramisu. Let's consider some of the most successful recipes.
Chocolate tiramisu
Ingredients:
- mascarpone cheese 500g;
- espresso 150ml;
- dark chocolate 100g;
- sugar 80g;
- savoyardi (biscuit biscuit) 250g.
Preparation: mix cheese with melted chocolate, add sugar and 100 ml of coffee. All this mixture is put on a slow fire and a little warmed up. Stir until the mixture becomes homogeneous. Dipped the savoyardi in the remaining coffee and put it on the dish (or in the form). Top with the resulting cream. Repeat the layers two times (you can and more, how many you consider necessary). The prepared dish must be cooled in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours. It is better to leave for the night. Before serving, divide into portions.
Tiramisu with cream.
The classic recipe for tiramisu includes eggs, but not everyone decides to eat them without heat treatment. For children, it is quite possible to prepare tiramisu with cream without eggs, it does not affect the taste.
Ingredients:
- cream for whipping 140ml;
- mascarpone cheese 400g;
- powdered sugar 100g;
- hard boiled coffee 350ml;
- cognac (if cooking for adults);
- cocoa powder;
- savoyardi 250g.
Preparation: Whisk with a cream mixer and gradually add sugar powder and cheese to them. In coffee, you can add cognac, liquor or wine. We dunk the savoyard for a few seconds. The main thing is that the cookie does not start to soak and does not turn into a mess. Spread the cookie on the dish and spread the cream. Repeat the layers several times. We leave for the night in the refrigerator, before serving, sprinkle with cocoa powder.
Strawberry tiramisu.
Perhaps not the most successful option for a children's table, but an excellent dessert for adults. Eggs can again be replaced with whipped cream. Strawberry tiramisu is an excellent "summer version" of this dessert.
Ingredients:
- Strawberry 250g;
- mascarpone cheese 250g;
- eggs 2 pieces;
- sugar 3 tbsp. l .;
- orange juice 100ml;
- orange liqueur 4 tablespoons;
- savoyardi 150g.
Preparation: from sugar make sugar powder and mix it with yolks. Gradually add mascarpone and continue to whisk. Separately, whisk the proteins into a thick foam and gently add spoons to our cream. Strawberries are cut into small cubes. We spread on the bottom of the form a little cream and then a layer of half savoyardi, preliminarily dipping it in a mixture of juice and liquor. Top with strawberries, and a little cream on it. Then a layer of savoyardi and cream. Cover everything with a film and put in the refrigerator for 5 hours. Before serving, decorate with strawberry slices.
