Exercises

  1. Hands, the inner sides of the palms we put in our eyes, the places we rubbed. We make resistance by pressing our hands on our heads, resisting the strength of our hands with our heads. We do it dynamically - 1 second = 1 pressing, total, we do 30 times. Then, if you have problems with eyesight, after exercise, leave your palms for another 1-2 minutes.

  3. The thumb is placed behind the ear, and our fingers grasp the ear from above. Then we move down and up - we do a "lift" with our fingers, lower them to the chin, then return it to the ears. We do 30 times.
  4. The right palm is placed on the forehead, the left from above. We begin to move the palms from the weight to the balance along the forehead. We do 30 times.
  5. Raise your hands above your head - right palm bottom, left top. We make movements from the forehead to the vertex. We do 30 times.
  6. The hands are left above the head, the palms are fastened, we move from ear to the second ear.
  7. The right hand is placed on the thyroid gland, and with the left palm we make a circular rotation from the abdomen to the level of the right palm. We do 30 times.
  8. Hands from the throat slip to the stomach and rotate clockwise across the abdomen.
