Preparation
Chop the cookies to crumbs. Melt the butter, cool it and mix it with crumbs, mix well. It should turn out friable, but a wet mass. The form is covered with food film. We put the sand mass into it and distribute it on the whole surface, and then press it down. We remove the form with a basis on a cold. We spread the jelly powder with water, pour into the dishes, which corresponds to the shape in which we have the cake, but smaller in size. Gelatin (20 g) is brewed with hot water and poured into the jelly mass. We remove the jelly in the refrigerator to freeze. After about 1 hour, add kiwi, cut into slices. And again, remove the jelly in the refrigerator. When it is ready, we lower the container with it into hot water, then it will easily separate from the walls of the mold. Place our jelly on top of the cake.
Now we are preparing the second jelly: we bring the milk practically to the boil, fill the rest with gelatin, mix well and leave to cool. In sour cream, pour sugar and whisk. Then we pour in a little milk, not stopping the whipping process. The mixture is gently poured into the mold around and on top of the green jelly. Put the cake in the refrigerator to freeze for 1 hour. After that, we take off the sides and the film. We decorate the top of the cake at will.
Cheesecake-cake without baking
Ingredients:
- bitter chocolate - 200g;
- corn flakes - 80 g;
- gelatin - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- honey - 4 tbsp. spoons;
- dark plums - 1 kg;
- sugar - 200 g;
- low fat cottage cheese - 500 g;
- natural yoghurt - 150 g;
- cherry juice - 400 ml.
Preparation
Boka and the bottom of the form are lined with parchment paper. Melt the chocolate. Fill them with cereal and mix. Spread the chocolate flakes in the form and level. Soak gelatin in cold water. Plums without seeds, sugar, honey and cherry juice are placed in a saucepan, we let the mass boil and continue to boil on low heat, until the plums become soft. Remove the pan from the fire and when the mass is a little cool, add gelatin. Using a blender, we turn everything into puree. Cottage cheese whisk with yoghurt, we introduce 2/3 of cooled down plum mass. We spread the cream on the chocolate mass, from above distribute the rest of the mashed potatoes and make a divorce with a fork. We remove the cake in a cold place to freeze.
Jelly cake with strawberries without baking
Ingredients:
- biscuit shortbread cookies - 400 g;
- sour cream - ¾ cup;
- cottage cheese - 300 g;
- sugar - 100 g;
- gelatine - 20 g;
- butter - 120 g;
- Strawberries - 400 g;
- strawberry jelly - 1 sachet.
Preparation
We put the cookies in the bowl of the blender and turn it into a crumb. Melt the butter. Mix the cookie crumbs and the melted butter. We knead the mass to a homogeneous state, and then spread it evenly into a mold. We remove it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. During this time, the cake should freeze.
