If in the classical technology of biscuit cake cooking the most important is to properly beat the eggs, then to bake a sponge cake on a lemonade with gas it is important that the water is highly carbonated and just opened. Otherwise, the products will need about the same - fresh eggs (this is the basis of any biscuit), sugar (we are a pastry confectionery product) and flour. With regard to flour, be careful - even bake a biscuit, simple enough, on a lemonade in the oven or in a multivarker will not work if the flour is of poor quality. So we choose flour only of the highest grade, necessarily grinded from wheat of solid sorts. Do not forget to sift several times to saturate it with air, make it more fluffy and remove the lumps. Another subtlety - to bake a biscuit on a lemonade without vegetable oil will not work. We take sunflower oil, necessarily without a smell, necessarily cleared.

It is not necessary to waste time and effort on the separation and production of protein peaks. Just whisk them well with sugar, adding in several stages to dissolve faster. When the mass became homogeneous and slightly increased with respect to the initial volume, we pour in the oil and soda. Of course, we use only water on natural ingredients, without artificial flavors, only on sugar (usually it is sold in glass bottles). Dyes are also undesirable. They will not make the biscuit bright, get an unpleasant dirty shade, so "Tarhun" or "Cola" is not used. You can make a sponge cake on "Limonade" with gas, "Sprite", "Duchesse". "Citro" or "Cream-soda" is also suitable. Whisk all the ingredients, the mixture quickly combines, so we sift the flour with the baking powder in advance. If it is not there, use the hydrated soda - 1/3 teaspoon of soda for 1 teaspoon of vinegar. Soda is quenched before adding soda. Pour in the flour and mixer, breaking the lumps, bring the dough to the density of home-made sour cream.

To do this, we separate the molded form with oiled paper, pour the dough into it and send it to the oven for half an hour at a temperature of 200 degrees, then lower the temperature to 160 and hold for another 15-20 minutes.
