Ingredients:
- kefir - 200 ml;

- cocoa powder - 120 g;
- butter - 130 g;

We rub a hundred grams of soft creamy butter thoroughly with a glass of sugar. Add eggs one by one and whisk until smooth. We combine in a separate vessel sifted flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt and introduce the resulting mixture gradually to the previously prepared mass, gently stirring in homogeneity. Now we clean bananas, turn them into puree in any convenient way, for example with a fork or blender, and put together with the chopped remaining chocolate into the dough and gently mix. We pour the mass into a form covered with parchment paper and put it into the oven, moistened with a container of water and heated to 180 degrees. We bake a chocolate-banana cupcake for forty minutes. We check the readiness with a toothpick or match.

- flour - 200 g;
