Strudel with cottage cheese

The classic filling for strudels is usually fresh berries and fruits, but we are not going to limit ourselves to the typical variety of recipes for this popular delicacy, but we use cottage cheese as a filling.

To make a dough enough to whip eggs with water or milk, add oil to the liquid, and then pour it into sifted flour. The mixed mass is wrapped in a film and left in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes, while doing the filling.
